ABOUT THE ARTIST

Steffens collects unique old wood from local ranches and, using deer horns, feathers, grasses, and other flora, creates one-of-a-kind portrayals of Mother Nature's beauty. Most of Steffens' work, especially those with deer horns, is accompanied by a written account of the piece.
